Bike Returns

We understand the importance of the right product and the right fit, and we want you to absolutely love your bike.  If you decide it's not the bike for you, you can return your bike in brand new condition within 7 days of purchase or pick-up in store. 

If you're not sure what the right type of bike or what size you need, we recommend you come in and talk to one of our knowledgeable staff members. It'll be worth it! 

Other Returns

All non-bike purchases can be returned within 7 days, just in case you've had a change of heart. Tools and chamois butter are final sale.

If purchased online, customer is responsible for shipping.
